If your float isn’t the summer game-changer you expected, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a 100% free return. No questions asked.


📋 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a free return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Free from any damage, stains, or wear

  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale Items: Orders placed during a sale are not refundable, except in the case of a defect or damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Free promotional items or gifts


🚚 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@floatzy.shop with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return label.

  3. Ship It Back: Drop it off at your nearest carrier location, and we’ll handle the rest.

  4. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different model, simply return your current float and place a new order.
